Kevin brings extensive knowledge and relationships in the mortgage and real estate services sector to Solidifi. Kevin has overall responsibility for Solidifi’s growth and acquisition strategy in the Canadian and the US markets.
Kevin’s industry experience spans nearly 6 years with a large Canadian appraisal management company in various roles including product development and management, strategic partnership development, and corporate strategy. He was instrumental in the development of progressive data and alternative guaranteed valuation products for the Canadian market.
Most recently before joining Solidifi, Mr. Walton had been focused on evaluating new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions in both the UK and US mortgage technology and relocation services markets.
Prior to entering the mortgage and real estate industry, Kevin spent nearly 2 years in the venture capital and merchant banking group at CIBC Capital Partners in Toronto.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
