Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Through inbound and outbound telephone and email contact ensure that customer service levels exceed standards.

Executive Business Development Position
In this senior level business development position you will be accountable for driving sales and managing senior level relationships within the residential mortgage lending industry. You will successfully build and grow a portfolio of financial institutions in need of residential collateral valuation services using your knowledge and experience in this market. You will also actively create and participate in promotional and marketing activities while developing new business through your industry referrals and senior level contacts. Your communicative and personable nature will give you the edge necessary to build strong, long-term senior relationships with mortgage lenders, secondary marketing firms and loan servicing institutions that have residential property valuation and collateral risk management needs.

Data Entry Analyst
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Read source documents (i.e. appraisal reports) and enter data in specific data fields on the operating system.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Study, understand and contribute to our company product knowledge bases.
- Provide support to the Helpdesk to resolve customer issues in that are directly related to the source documentation.
- Learn and understand the concepts and details of all major company products.
- May be asked to participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Expertise Required:
- Written Comprehension: The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- Must be able to key data with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner.
