Data Entry Analyst

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Read source documents (i.e. appraisal reports) and enter data in specific data fields on the operating system.
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
  • Study, understand and contribute to our company product knowledge bases.
  • Provide support to the Helpdesk to resolve customer issues in that are directly related to the source documentation.
  • Learn and understand the concepts and details of all major company products.
  • May be asked to participate in User Acceptance Testing.

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Must be able to key data with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • High standards of integrity.
