Park Will Help Grow Community In Gilbert

The City of Gilbert has announced plans for the development of a recreational regional park. The park will be located in the southeast sector of the City and will be built on a 274-acre site. It will include an 8-acre lake, numerous sport activity sites, playgrounds and water activity areas. The location of the site will be a helping factor for the numerous new building projects underway within the park’s general vicinity.

The median sale price for properties is at $330,000. The number of sales has increased from 450 to 580 properties within a span of two months. Currently, inventory stands at 740 properties, an increase from 580 two months ago. The average number of days on market is situated at 52 which is a slight increase from 44.
