Rhode Island Stays Hot

Here in Rhode Island, home sales have increased for fifth consecutive year. Despite some falling inventory, this is still very much a hot market. According to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, home sales for single-family units reached 11,282 properties, higher than previous years, at a median sales price of $255,000. That’s a 6% increase. The average number of days on market also fell from 81 to 66 days.
