Alistair is responsible for the operations and finance functions at Solidifi, together with the relationships with our appraiser partners. Alistair has broad financial services experience gained over the past 15 years in consumer finance, retail banking, investment banking, insurance and professional services in Europe and North America.
Alistair most recently worked for HSBC where he headed their non-prime broker mortgage group in Canada, and before that set up and ran HSBC’s consumer finance businesses in Central Europe in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Alistair started business life at Arthur Andersen before moving to be Head of Group Finance at Egg Bank, the world’s largest pure internet bank, based in the UK.
Alistair holds an M.A. from Worcester College, Oxford University, an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
In his spare time Alistair enjoys spending time at home with his wife and two children, and playing and watching as much sport as possible.
