Luxury homes are dominating the real estate industry right now, Metro data reported sales above 10 million to 15 million in the Scottsdale area. This is leading to growing and improving the community with better public transportation, schools, entertainment & retail options, employment centres and much more.

The median sale price for a home in Scottsdale currently sits at $612,042, with the previous year of $568,782.The number of sales has also increased from 871 to 962 properties within a span of two months. The city of Scottsdale reports that the inventory of this month is 937 compared to two months ago of 1090.  The average number of days on market is sitting at 90 while the two months ago it was 96 so it hasn’t changed immensely.
