My office is located in the South Florida city of Weston, Florida – a short 40 minute drive from trendy, Miami Beach. Weston is an affluent, upper-middle class neighborhood with a mixture of areas such as single family homes, rural ranch homes with barns, condominiums and some commercial space. Weston, Florida was recently voted 3rd safest city in America (for 2019) by safehome.com. Weston recently received confirmation for a new development of upscale, senior living community which is currently underway. Weston currently doesn’t have many properties dedicated to senior living, so this new construction is attracting a lot of new residents to our neighborhood. Weston is also home to Cleveland Clinic Hospital, the # 1 Hospital in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale region according to the U.S. News and World Report.
