Kimberly’s journey into the world of seals and signatures began with a simple “Aha!” moment while closing on her own home. Captivated by the Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent who guided her through the process in 2016, she knew immediately that was the path she wanted to pursue.
In 2017, while working as an Administrative Assistant supporting attorneys in downtown Seattle, she used her long daily bus commute from Tacoma as a mobile classroom. She immersed herself in learning the industry and quickly connected with the nationwide notary community through the National Notary Association (NNA). It wasn’t long before she traded her corporate commute for entrepreneurship, launching her full-time notary business and serving the Greater Tacoma and Puget Sound region.
Every notarization is an opportunity to make a difference. The most rewarding part is seeing the relief and trust clients feel when their transactions go smoothly and securely. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer close on their dream property or ensuring a senior’s healthcare directive is honored, she knows her work protects people, families, and investments.
Kimberly recently supported a client with mobility impairments who required urgent notarization of estate planning documents. Travel to an office was impossible, so she arranged a flexible mobile notary visit directly to their home, ensuring ADA accessibility, privacy, and comfort. With compassionate service and attention to their unique needs, including after-hours availability, she made it possible for the client and their family to complete critical paperwork without stress or inconvenience. Her commitment to inclusive, accessible notarization helps every client feel empowered and protected.
For Kimberly, professionalism means showing up prepared, respecting every client’s unique needs, and maintaining strict ethical standards. It is not just about technical skill, it is about integrity and building trust. In an industry where every signature impacts lives and livelihoods, professionalism ensures accuracy, privacy, and peace of mind for all parties.
