Real estate has been part of Jenna’s life for as long as she can remember. Before her father opened his appraisal company over 20 years ago, her family bought, renovated, and managed rental properties. When her father invited her to join the company in 2019, it felt like a natural next step. She became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2021 after years of hands-on experience and continued education.
One of the most rewarding parts of being an appraiser for Jenna is working directly with homeowners.
“Buying or refinancing a home can be stressful, and I take pride in making the appraisal process smooth and putting borrowers at ease. I believe clear communication and a friendly, professional approach make all the difference.”
Her punctual and responsive approach helps keep transactions moving efficiently, especially for time-sensitive loans.
“I’m naturally punctual, if anything, I believe 10 minutes early is on time. I make every effort to inspect the property quickly and typically complete reports within 24 to 28 hours. I also don’t hesitate to share my cell phone number with borrowers who are addressing FHA-related repairs. Being available for a quick call or text not only helps move the process along efficiently but also gives homeowners peace of mind that the repairs are done correctly.”
Professionalism is central to how Jenna approaches every assignment.
“Being professional in the appraisal industry means acting with integrity, objectivity, and respect in every assignment. It means providing accurate, unbiased valuations, communicating clearly, meeting deadlines, and treating homeowners, lenders, and colleagues with courtesy and fairness. This is important to our industry because it instills trust in the appraisal process to the public.”
When asked about the Massachusetts market, Jenna shares:
“The current median home price is $425,000. Average days on market remain consistent year over year at 31 days versus 31 days.”
