Kevin became an appraiser when he received his BSBA in Real Estate in 1992. He conducts property assessments in the Wilmington, Delaware area.
There are a few reasons why Kevin enjoys being an appraiser.
“The flexible schedule and the opportunity to work both in the office and outdoors.”
When it comes to accommodating his clients requirements, Kevin is always prepared to go above and beyond.
“On several occasions I have rearranged my work schedule to complete rush appraisals and final inspections. I take pride in meeting client due dates and special circumstances.”
Professionalism plays an important part in how Kevin conducts business each day.
“Being professional means treating clients and homeowners with respect, adhering to guidelines, dressing appropriately, and acting in a courteous and professional manner.”
In the Delaware area, the market remains unchanged.
“We have been in a supply shortage for homes for a few years now. Sellers are still few and far between (primarily due to having low interest rates on their current homes). As a result, the median home price in New Castle County is approximately $372,000, up less than 1% since last year. The number of homes sold last month vs. the same month last year was 522 vs. 512. The number of homes currently for sale was up modestly to 706 vs 674 and average days on market was unchanged at 22 vs. 21 last year.”
